Check 'Em Out: Aidan Smith
I was tuned into this singer/songwriter from Manchester, only recently after hearing his latest album Fancy Barrel, which is a great collection of charming indie pop piano and acoustic guitar ballads, that invoke melodies fumbling down Abbey Road walking hand in hand with a Badly Drawn Boy. Aidan's music is playful, intelligent, and displays Aidan's witty sense of humor. You can preview clips of Fancy Barrel on his webpage.

He does have a really nice voice. Some of the background music is so fun and quirky too. I get the feeling the more one listened to it, the more one would really like it.
Yeah, I really like the new album Fancy Barrel, there is one song called "Jam Will Suffice", which is fun and makes me smile...
