SXSW Blues

Feeling left out of the fun? Everyone you know down in Austin and you're stuck in Chicago? These can be trying times. Luckily, if you're up for the challenge there is plethora of good shows happening between now and by the time your friends get back to keep you busy and afoot. Don't let your friends have all the bragging rights.

Great choices. I either have to be at home or have other plans thurs - sat. But if the stars align I might be able to get over to the Panda Bear show.

Has to be the best part of being in Chicago, even during a supposed drought it rains something fierce...

i call it the sxsw halo effect. all the bands that play sxsw have to either hit chicago on the way down or back. it just makes sense in terms of gas money and breking up a long ass drive to texas.
